Me!

I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was a multi-sport competitor - field hockey, tennis, and eventually beach tennis became my passions. My earliest love for fitness came from following my older brother into the gym. He showed me the ropes, and from that point on, strength training became more than just a workout - it became the foundation that allowed me to move better, play harder, and stay resilient through every stage of life.

I needed that resiliency when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had another hurdle to overcome. One silver lining was that my body was ready for this fight - it was healthy and fit, so I had an advantage. I understand coming back from illness or injury, and I know the patience required to reach your goals. I have been there.

I am NASM certified and have been training clients for over 10 years. From beach boot camps, Fit Tennis, small group training, and 1-1 personal training.

Today, you can still find me on the courts - playing on tennis teams and competing in beach tennis tournaments. Movement has always been at the heart of who I am, and I know firsthand how important it is to keep your body strong and capable so you can continue doing the things you love. That’s the philosophy I bring to my coaching: longevity and strength aren’t about quick fixes or shortcuts. They’re about building habits and resilience that allow you to live fully, play freely, and perform your best - not just for today but for years.

My mission is simple. I want you to be able to do all the things you love, for longer - and do them even better!
